The eScience Center Director, Prof. Claudio Pica, has been re-appointed for the LUMI Operational Management Board.
The board is responsible for overseeing day-today operations, monitoring KPIs and other metrics.
Prof. Claudio Pica has been the director of the eScience Center since 2013. He has participated in the writing of the EU proposal for the LUMI supercomputer, and after the proposal was awarded, he has been a member of the OMB since the start of the supercomputer in 2019.
