Since the national HPC facilities became available in November 2020, all the national resources have been divided between the 8 universities in Denmark based on the economy of the university and the estimated need. Each university in Denmark has then allocated their own portion of the national resources to researchers at their local institution.
Now, the first call for national HPC resources is open, meaning that part of the national resources available will be allocated by the national e-resource committee and approved by the DeiC Board. This applies to the Danish part of EuroHPC LUMI as well. You can find a model of the distribution of resources between the Danish universities and the national calls here.
The deadline for the first call for national resources is the 2nd of May 2022. The resources will be available from 1st of September 2022.
The applications must be submitted via e-grant, which unfortunately will not be available before mid-April, as the system must be adapted to the applications.
You can find more information about the call on the DeiC website.
