We use <a href=\"https:\/\/escience.sdu.dk\/index.php\/easybuild\/\">EasyBuild<\/a> as a software build and installation framework to deploy and manage scientific applications on HPC systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover aligncenter has-background-dim\" style=\"background-image:url(http:\/\/escience.sdu.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/DATA_Steward.jpeg)\"><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container\">\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-large-font-size\"><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Our support includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>developing solutions in different programming languages, including Python and <a href=\"https:\/\/escience.sdu.dk\/index.php\/supported-applications\/\">Julia<\/a>, which is a flexible dynamic language, appropriate for scientific and numerical computing, with performance comparable to traditional statically-typed languages, as C\/C++, Fortran, and Java;<\/li><li>creating data pipelines and scalable workflows to process research data;<\/li><li>integrating big data analytics and deep learning models within our cloud computing framework (<a href=\"https:\/\/escience.sdu.dk\/index.php\/sducloud\/\">SDUCloud<\/a>) and ABACUS2.0;<\/li><li>tutorial classes on open source libraries for numerical computation and machine learning: TensorFlow (both Python and Julia API) and PyTorch;<\/li><li>scalable photogrammetry with HPC, using the software Agisoft PhotoScan Professional Edition (<a href=\"https:\/\/escience.sdu.dk\/wp-admin\/post.php?post=4261&amp;action=edit\">HUMLab<\/a>).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information contact Dr. Emiliano Molinaro (<a href=\"https:\/\/syddanskuni-my.sharepoint.com\/personal\/dsup_imada_sdu_dk\/Documents\/eScience%20Center\/ABACUS\/30%20Jan%202019%20NAT%20TAP\/molinaro@imada.sdu.dk\">molinaro@imada.sdu.dk<\/a>).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At the eScience Center we provide tools for High Performance Computing (HPC) implementing parallel programming methods in application development.
