JupyterLab on ABACUS2.0

You can run interactive JupyterLab notebooks on Abacus2.0. We made it easy to use JupyterLab on ABACUS2.0 with our Jupyter launcher application. Detailed instructions for more complex setups (e.g. Tensorflow on GPU nodes) can be found in the supported applications documentation.

EasyBuild

With EasyBuild, users can install new software packages on ABACUS2.0. EasyBuild supports a large collection of software and it is easy to add more as needed. See our documentation to get started with EasyBuild on ABACUS2.0.

Udocker

You can use udocker to run docker containers on ABACUS2.0 with do not require administrator privileges. Udocker is available as a module.
